本片講述保安隊長馬一鳴夢中與專門曝光物業負面新聞的女記者業主易佳人有了一次換身體驗，并由夢境得到啟發和以夢想為動力，與易佳人共同經歷業主與物業的種種沖突，換位思考，從對方的立場和思維去化解過去未能解決的矛盾，在現實中獲得圓滿結局的喜劇故事。
