講述了以自我為中心的娛樂主持人何一在一次訪談節目中出現失誤，因此事業生涯斷送，并且背負上巨額債務 ，感情事業此時遭遇雙重危機，為了拿到錢還債，何一只能硬著頭皮幫朋友的火鍋店從拉薩運牦牛，但因為托運手續出現問題，何一只能連哄帶騙的讓牦牛主人郝凡陪自己自駕將牦牛帶回重慶，本應該是一場簡單的運輸，途中卻頻頻遭遇意外，兩人在川藏之路上演另類無厘頭喜劇。
